My Transformation

In the last year, I began applying these principles more deliberately in my own training. It changed my performance dramatically.

I have broken multiple block start and fly sprint personal bests. The most notable of which was dropping my 20-meter fly from 2.063 seconds to 1.923 seconds. That increased my 20m fly top speed from 9.69 m/s to over 10.4 m/s (more than a 7% improvement!).

This isn't an occasional occurrence on a good day. I have been continually smashing training and competition personal bests all year.
